Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Manila is seeking a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV to provide end-to-end operational support across real-time payments and B2C schemes. You will help establish scalable processes, monitor transaction health, and perform reconciliations to maintain high-quality service.

You will partner with multiple teams to define requirements, manage changes, and contribute to process improvements while building expertise in product flows and operational controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments operations or related financial services roles.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to convey issues clearly to management.
• Excel proficiency for analysis of large datasets.
• Ability to work across teams and influence outcomes to deliver improvements.
• Adaptability to fast-changing priorities and ongoing change.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational requirements for completeness and alignment to standards.
• Perform post-settlement reconciliation and investigate breaks to resolution.
• Monitor end-to-end transactions and elevate anomalies per procedures and controls.
• Define operational requirements for payment scheme support with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to scale the operating model as rails expand.
• Build subject matter expertise in product flows and processes to manage change.
• Coordinate with product, monitoring, incident, project and technology teams to manage dependencies.
• Produce and maintain operational reporting, KPIs, and data-driven insights.
• Identify gaps and support improvements that streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
