Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize independent judgment to resolve exceptions and enhance control environments for technical, financial, and operational processes.
• Conduct research and data analysis to address non-routine payment lifecycle issues and ensure accurate fund transfers.
• Define project requirements and metrics using process models, and lead or contribute to process optimization initiatives.
• Apply knowledge of systems architecture and automation technologies to support optimization and stakeholder relationships.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members to uphold high service standards.
