Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Regulation E/Z and billing error requirements to support Ops, QA, and Training.
• Interpret Visa Core Rules and Mastercard Chargeback rules and provide actionable guidance.
• Provide real-time SME escalation for complex network and regulatory concerns.
