Job summary

ibex is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage monthly invoicing for a multi-entity Europe structure. You will ensure accurate billing, resolve queries, and liaise with internal teams to meet SLAs in a fast-paced Order to Cash environment.

Successful candidates will have strong billing experience, be detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining confidentiality across finance processes. You will contribute to process improvements and participate in audits as required.

Qualifications

• Proven previous experience in a similar billing role.
• Experience with financial systems and invoicing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently within a team.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Issue monthly usage invoices accurately for multiple entities.
• Investigate billing queries from clients and internal teams to resolution.
• Research and resolve billing disputes promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries within SLAs.
• Assist with month-end reconciliation and provide audit evidence as required.
• Highlight contractual terms not supported by the billing system.
• Support billing initiatives and various finance projects.
