Job summary

ING in Manila is seeking a client servicing professional to support ING corporate clients within the WB Client & Digital Services - Payments Capability team. You will handle payment inquiries, investigations, and client communications to ensure timely and accurate service.

You will manage end-to-end inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain case ownership while upholding ING's risk and control requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Customer-focused with proactive client engagement.
• Strong knowledge of ING payment flows and related systems.
• Experience in payments operations and client servicing.
• Ability to manage inquiries across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for payment inquiries via email and designated channels.
• Investigate payment statuses, recalls, proofs of payment, and RFIs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for updates and resolutions.
• Own cases from opening to closure with timely client communication.
• Escalate complex cases to specialists as needed.
• Create, monitor, and update service requests in workflow tools.
• Maintain documentation per procedures and service controls.
