Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines in Manila seeks a Financial Markets Client Control Senior Specialist to coordinate onboarding, offboarding and post-trade monitoring for clients actively trading with Front Office desks and Global Treasury. You will act as main contact across ING Hubs, Sales and back-office teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely updates.

The role requires strong attention to detail, English proficiency in an international setting, and ability to propose improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with MiFID, EMIR, SFTR or Dodd-Frank regulations is a major plus.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) in an international environment.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to present information clearly.
• Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to identify needs and resolve issues with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate offboarding and post-trade monitoring with Front Office and back-office teams.
• Serve as main contact for global front offices, ING Hubs and Compliance/KYC teams.
• Identify improvements and work on FM projects in a dynamic environment.
