Job Description

The Payment Processing Clerk Outbound Settlement is responsible for outbound claims payments settlement processing. You will utilize a variety of reporting, analytical, and task management tools to accomplish your tasks. In this role, you will interact with multiple departments within the company, including the support and development teams. You will work with various payment providers, financial institutions, and One Inc departments to resolve settlement and processing issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies in payments.
• Process ACH Returns.
• Handle check exceptions.
• Initiate wire transfers and ACH originations for daily movement of funds.
• Communicate with payment providers, financial institutions, and vendors regarding payment processing issues.
• Coordinate with One Inc support team in researching and responding to customer inquiries and reports of payment issues.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required; intermediate Excel skills highly desired.
• Ability to be flexible and function efficiently when urgent situations arise.
