Job Description

• Submitting and managing the delivery of internet orders (DSL, NBN, Fiber) for new deals, relocations, and upgrading/migrating existing customers
• Submission and managing the delivery of digital voice orders and managing the porting of numbers for new deals, relocations, and existing customers
• Addressing rejections and escalations with orders
• Updating customers through emails and phone calls regarding tech appointments, and progress of orders up until completion and delivery of services
• Updating relevant internal staff on order progression and rejections
• Updating of the companies CRM with the status of the delivery of services
• Working with wholesale providers regarding delivery, porting, modifications and rejections
• Submitting and managing the cancellation of services from customer requests or due to upgrades

Adding Tariffs and Bill Run Related tasks

• Checking the services once delivered
• Checking the rate cards and adding the corresponding tariff for the plan signed by the customer
• Various Bill run checks and audits
• Updating the Billing system and ending the service tariffs
