Qualifications

• One year of experience in an AP job with a bookkeeping background.
• Two to three years of experience in payables.
• Knowledge in accounting software, proficient in QuickBooks/Bookkeeping/Gov’t compliance.
• In charge of all company Payables.
• Preparation of checks for all company payables.
• Petty Cash custodian
• Recording of all transactions to QuickBooks/ BIR Program.
• Releasing Checks
• Preparation of 2307 forms to Suppliers
