Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical, surgical, and cosmetic appointments per provider protocols.
• Coordinate patient records and update Nextgen EHR.
• Communicate with patients via phone, text, and patient portal.
• Assist with portal enrollment and navigation.
• Verify and input patient insurance; identify prior authorizations.
• Manage reminders, wait lists, and self-scheduling programs.
• Address billing and scheduling questions; escalate complex cases.
