• Handle inbound/outbound patient calls professionally and empathetically.
• Assist patients with inquiries, including appointment details and follow-ups.
• Send messages to healthcare providers on behalf of patients.
• Verify patient demographics and appointment information accurately.
• Document all interactions in scheduling/healthcare systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
