Job summary

You will engage with members, explain procedures, and help ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience. As part of MediCard’s service-oriented mission, you will support clinic operations under supervision, greet patients, maintain rapport, and coordinate with the clinic team

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain the personalized medical services given to members.
• Directly reports to clinic manager and supervisor.
• Works under minimal supervision.
• Relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals.
• Greets the patients with a smile.
• To establish rapport with ECU patients.
• To let them feel comfortable by introducing oneself gaining patient’s trust and confidence.
• Explains the step by step procedures that are included in their package.
• Maximizes their time during their stay at the clinic and makes sure that all procedures included in their package are done in a systematic and efficient manner.
• Updates the patient from time to time with regard to their status.
• Attends to patients at the reception area.
• Monitors all the ECU patients scheduled for the day.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
