Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. in Cebu City is seeking assertive, dynamic individuals to join our ECU patient services team. You will assist ECU patients, greet visitors, and operate at the reception area, ensuring smooth intake and clear communication of procedures.

Under minimal supervision you will supervise personalized medical services for members, report to the clinic manager, coordinate status updates, and help make each patient’s clinic visit efficient and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Assists ECU patients.
• Supervise and maintains the personalized medical services given to members.
• Directly reports to clinic manager and supervisor.
• Works under minimal supervision.
• Relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals.
• Greets the patients with a smile.
• To establish rapport with ECU patients.
• To let them feel comfortable by introducing oneself gaining patient’s trust and confidence.
• Explains the step by step procedures that are included in their package.
• Maximizes their time during their stay at the clinic and makes sure that all procedures included in their package are done in a systematic and efficient manner.
• Updates the patient from time to time with regard to their status.
• Attends to patients at the reception area.
• Monitors all the ECU patients scheduled for the day.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
