Verse Medical, Inc. is seeking a Patient Experience (PX) Representative to join our team in the Philippines.

You will be the frontline for supporting patients and clinics with medical supply orders, ensuring on-time delivery and clear guidance, and handling inquiries about insurance coverage and product eligibility. In this role you will work across internal teams and with clinics, document interactions in VerseOS, and maintain a patient-first approach with empathy and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and clinics.
• Demonstrated empathy and patience when addressing medical needs.
• Accurate documentation and order details.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external clinics.
• Comfort using VerseOS, knowledge bases, and Slack.
