Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to book or amend appointments.
• Answer patient inquiries with clarity and helpful support.
• Conduct telephone triage to assess risk and eligibility.
• Schedule follow-ups and bookings within NHS guidelines.
• Escalate patient concerns to the appropriate team promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient information in internal systems.
• Follow QA procedures to meet required standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a smooth patient experience.
