Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Medical VA, Patient Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with patient scheduling and coordination, EMR systems, and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments.
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and waitlists.
• Answer patient calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Coordinate referrals, imaging, and prior authorizations.
• Maintain the physician's calendar and appointments.
• Update patient information and records in the EMR.
• Prepare patient notes and other medical administrative documents.
• Assist with chart preparation and pre‑visit planning.
• Complete other administrative tasks as needed.
