• Book and manage patient appointments.
• Follow up on scheduled appointments to confirm or reschedule as needed.
• Assist HMO patients with getting approvals and scheduling their visits.
• Handle patient complaints professionally and provide resolutions.
• Discuss and negotiate prices, payment terms, and services with patients.
• Offer and explain clinic services in a friendly manner.
• Build relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction.
• Suggest suitable treatments based on patient needs.
