Job description

• Ensure dental sessions run as smoothly as possible by following the instructions of the dentists.
• Prepare and maintain the clinical environment: clean, disinfect, and organize the clinic.
• Build relationship with doctors, patients and other clinic staff and willing to be trained.
• Make sure that all tools and materials laid out for a dentist before a procedure begins.
• Help reassure patients and provide support to the dentist during treatment.
• Takes photos of the patients before and after the treatments.
• Organized schedule of the patients and receives payment.
• Make end of day report of patients and payment.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Addressed visitor questions and needs and providing an overall welcoming environment.
• Answering calls and fielding them accordingly.
• Delivered exceptional customer service assistance.
• Welcome patients with a smile before entering.
