Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate with healthcare support experience.
• Experience in RCM or healthcare BPO is preferred.
• Familiar with insurance verification and patient access processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage.
• Obtain authorizations, referrals, and pre-certifications.
• Explain financial responsibilities to patients and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries.
