Maxicare Health Care is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Primary Care team, working closely with doctors and clinic staff to assist patients, coordinate daily activities, and ensure smooth clinic operations in a fast-paced environment.

The CCR role involves welcoming patients, verifying details, recording vital signs, and supporting ECG procedures. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, with rotation shifts required to cover clinic hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any medical-allied course
• Basic First Aid certification is an advantage
• Experience in clinic operations is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to work on rotational shifts (5 days a week, with varying rest days)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk
• Verify patient details and HMO coverage
• Record vital signs and prepare patients for consultation
• Conduct ECG procedures accurately and endorse results to the physician
• Assist with appointments, patient questions, and necessary documentation
