Maxicare Health Care in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Care Representative (CCR) to join our Primary Care team in Cagayan de Oro. You will be the first point of contact for patients, verify details, assist with scheduling, and support physicians to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Ideal candidates have healthcare-related education, strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical-allied course with preference for BS Nursing.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Experience in clinic operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate and able to multitask in a busy clinic.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts (5 days a week with varying rest days).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk.
• Verify patient details and HMO coverage.
• Record vital signs and prepare patients for consultation.
• Perform ECGs and endorse results to the physician.
• Assist with scheduling, inquiries, and documentation.
• Submit daily reports and maintain clinic supplies.
• Support doctors during consultations and patient care.
• Address patient feedback and follow clinic protocols.
