Maxicare Health Care is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join the Primary Care team. The CCR serves as the first contact for patients, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting clinicians to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/graduate in medical-allied field; BS Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills expected.
• Computer literate with attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk
• Verify patient details and HMO coverage
• Record vital signs and prepare patients for consultation
• Perform ECGs and endorse results to the physician
• Assist with scheduling, inquiries, and documentation
• Submit daily reports and maintain clinic supplies
• Support doctors during consultations and patient care
• Address patient feedback and follow clinic protocols
