Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable.
• Answering phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Scheduling appointments and sending reminders.
• Registering patients and preparing simple forms.
• Organising patient files and medical reports.
• Assisting with medications and labels under guidance.
• Coordinating blood tests, scans and procedures.
• Handling insurance and admin paperwork.
• Collecting payments and issuing receipts.
• Keeping the reception area neat and organized.
