Author Health in Metro Manila is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to drive enrollment through outbound calls and referrals. You will bridge providers with care teams and guide patients from referral to activation with a patient-centered approach.

The role supports virtual outreach, utilizes CRM/EMR tools, and requires strong communication, organization, and HIPAA compliance. This is a full-time onsite position based in Makati or Pasig.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient engagement through outbound calls and referrals.
• Ability to bridge providers with care teams and guide patients from referral to activation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy requirements.
