We are seeking an experienced Patent Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping manage the patent portfolio for our clients, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, providing strategic IP advice, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications across a wide range of technologies (e.g., technologies/industries like software, biotech, engineering, etc.)
• Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, and invalidity searches
• Provide strategic advice to clients on patent strategy and portfolio management
• Draft and review patent claims, responses to office action, and other patent-related documentation

Qualifications:

• Degree-holder in the natural sciences, e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry; or in Engineering.
