Position Summary

The firm is seeking a SENIOR ASSOCIATE with at least 5 years of legal experience to support their growing practice and work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on high‑impact matters. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional legal services, cultivating client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex legal matters from inception to resolution
• Provide strategic legal advice and written opinions to clients
• Draft and review pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents
• Appear in courts and administrative hearings
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and clients
• Supervise and mentor Junior Associates and interns

• Proven ability to handle high‑pressure litigation and advisory roles
