Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications across a wide range of technologies (e.g., software, biotech, engineering).
• Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, and invalidity searches.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on patent strategy and portfolio management.
• Draft and review patent claims, responses to office actions, and other patent-related documentation.
