The Associate Lawyer will work full time with a hybrid set up at the firm’s Makati office, providing legal support across various practice areas under the supervision of senior lawyers and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents, and assisting in the preparation and management of case files and transactional documents. The role involves attending client meetings, participating in hearings, negotiations when required, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services. The Associate Lawyer will help analyze complex legal and regulatory issues, contribute to strategy development for litigation and transactions, and support the firm’s legal aid initiatives, maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
