Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Project Coordinator (Patch Management) to oversee patching schedules across client environments in a hybrid setup. You will coordinate maintenance windows, track compliance metrics, and produce client-facing reports, ensuring governance and clear communication.

With 3–5+ years in IT operations or MSP environments, you will translate technical outputs into actionable reporting while managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders in a global services context.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in IT operations, service management, or infrastructure coordination.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environments.
• Familiarity with patching tools and RMM platforms; automation awareness.
• Experience with change management and maintenance scheduling.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux patching concepts and compliance.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent client-facing communication and attention to detail.
