Qualifications

• Associate/Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to diagnose issues.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• 2+ years of Linux server and desktop support experience.
• Solid understanding of patching and network security concepts.
• Experience with Fortigate, Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto, and Ubiquiti products.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work after-hours as needed.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and create policies to apply settings across endpoints.
• Troubleshoot patching process issues including installation failures.
• Maintain systems, patch catalogs, and perform routine maintenance.
• Create documentation of processes when needed and train staff/clients.
