Job summary

Insight is seeking a Deployment Coordinator to lead project and deployment management for large complex IT initiatives. You will guide the project team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires 2–3 years in project coordination, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. A hybrid work setup is available with opportunities for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant project coordination experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of project and deployment coordination experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and deployment management for large, complex IT projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track and manage high-visibility project roll-outs; offer leadership to the project team.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments for IT product integration and deployment.
• Prepare, proofread and distribute internal and external reports and meeting minutes.
