Job summary

Rippedboxstation is seeking a Junior Program Manager to coordinate multiple projects within programs and support PMO activities. The role requires organization, communication, and the ability to manage several tasks under supervision.

40 hours per week with an EST schedule. Ideal for candidates with 0–2 years in project coordination and a foundational understanding of Agile and PMO practices. Knowledge of Jira/Azure DevOps and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Agile delivery, or Program Support.
• Basic understanding of project and program management principles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating multiple projects and workstreams within assigned programs.
• Support roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and project scheduling.
• Prepare program status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and PMO documentation.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and business units.
• Support stakeholder meetings, governance activities, and program reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and knowledge repositories.
• Assist with benefits tracking and program performance reporting.
• Ensure projects follow established governance, Agile practices, and organizational standards.
• Support documentation, testing coordination, bug tracking, and simple project-related tasks as assigned.
