Private Advertiser is seeking a Project Coordinator (Patch Management) to oversee patching schedules across client environments in a hybrid setup. You will coordinate maintenance windows, track compliance metrics, and produce client-facing reports, ensuring governance and clear communication.

With 3–5+ years in IT operations or MSP environments, you will translate technical outputs into actionable reporting while managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders in a global services context.

Qualifications

About the Role:

This is a coordination-focused position where you'll manage patching schedules across multiple client environments—ensuring maintenance windows are planned, patches are deployed on time, and all activities are tracked and reported. You'll collaborate with technical teams and clients, with emphasis on coordination, governance, reporting, and communication rather than hands-on technical execution. You'll work across diverse environments managing multiple concurrent client projects, creating the reporting that leadership and clients depend on for decision-making.

Tools & Environment:

You'll work with industry-standard RMM platforms and patching tools, with exposure to automation frameworks. Reporting responsibilities involve business intelligence and spreadsheet tools. Work follows change management best practices and governance frameworks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance windows with internal teams and external clients
• Track and report on patch compliance metrics (success rates, failure rates, pending systems)
• Produce client-facing reports and executive summaries
• Identify trends, risks, and escalation requirements
• Communicate schedules, changes, and impacts to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in IT operations, service management, or infrastructure coordination
• Demonstrated experience working in managed services (MSP) or multi-client environments
• Familiarity with patching tools and RMM platforms as well as automation frameworks (e.g., scripting or infrastructure-as-code awareness preferred)
• Experience with change management and maintenance scheduling
• Windows and Linux patching concepts, patch lifecycle (assessment, deployment, validation), compliance and vulnerability remediation principles
• Ability to interpret technical outputs and translate into clear reporting metricsStrong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills (client-facing and internal teams) including high attention to detail with strong follow-through
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset for reporting and trend identification
