Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in food preparation for restaurants, banquets, and room service.
• Ensures adherence to food quality, preparation, recipes and presentation.
• Coordinates with related Food and Beverage departments to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
• Prepares list of perishable items daily to ensure proper rotation and utilization.
