The successful candidate will work within a premium 5-star resort environment, collaborating closely with the Pastry Chef and Executive Sous Chef to deliver exceptional pastry offerings and guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and control the pastry section staff
• Assist with daily operation of the pastry kitchen
• Maintain the quality and consistency of pastry products
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
• Support the Pastry Chef/Executive Sous Chef on daily operations
