You will support the Pastry leadership, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to exceptional culinary experiences during this pre-opening phase at Manila's premier luxury property.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie - Pastry or Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry in luxury hotel or fine-dining.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including desserts, cakes, breads, chocolates.
• Creative flair with attention to detail, presentation, and consistency.
• Good leadership and communication to mentor junior colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for a fast-paced kitchen.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations and ensure high-quality pastries.
• Collaborate with Executive Pastry Chef and Sous Chef on menus and presentation.
• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and chocolates with excellence.
• Mentor Commis Chefs and junior staff with hands-on training.
• Maintain mise en place and manage inventory to minimize waste.
• Ensure food hygiene, safety, and sanitation in the Pastry Kitchen.
• Support pre-opening tasks, kitchen setup, and recipe trials.
• Work with culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
