Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and terminal operations.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, shipping, or service-oriented environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless passenger processing.
• Monitor vessel arrivals and departures, ensuring operational readiness and service excellence.
• Address passenger concerns and implement service improvements to enhance the travel experience.
• Ensure adequate manpower, equipment, and logistical support to meet operational requirements.
• Optimize terminal resources and support contingency plans during disruptions and peak periods.
• Maintain accurate operational records, passenger manifests, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and port regulations.
• Monitor operational risks and coordinate corrective actions to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Safeguard company assets through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with port authorities, vessel operations teams, and business partners to support smooth operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop terminal personnel to achieve operational and customer service goals.
• Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
