2GO Group Inc. is seeking a Terminal Operations Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee day-to-day terminal activities, including passenger handling, baggage loading/unloading, and ensuring safety and policy compliance at the port.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, at least three years in customer service and terminal operations, and strong leadership capabilities to manage manpower and coordinate with internal and external partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in Customer Service and Terminal Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and ensure efficiency of daily terminal operations and workflow.
• Ensure adequacy of manpower, logistics and admin requirements.
• Handle passenger inquiries/complaints and apply resolutions promptly.
• Escalate issues beyond authority to the Terminal Operations Manager.
• Ensure accurate passenger manifests for vessel departures and ticket tagging for revenue.
• Ensure ancillaries sales are accounted for and remitted.
• Identify safety hazards and eliminate unsafe practices.
• Coordinate with other departments and external partners on issues affecting operations.
• Maintain on-time performance in all terminal operations.
• Lead the team per policies and train staff in procedures.
• Coordinate with Corporate Security Office and port operators to ensure safety.
