Job summary

People in Need (PIN) is seeking a Project Lead for the PASSAGE initiative in the Philippines. Based in Manila, the role oversees the full project lifecycle across multiple provinces, coordinating with consortium partners and ensuring adherence to donor requirements and PIN standards.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and experience in rural development and value-chain approaches, with English proficiency and willingness to travel within the country.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience with development organizations.
• Experience in team management, project development, and project management.
• Masters degree or equivalent; English proficiency; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project management cycle for the PASSAGE Project across Mindanao, BARMM, Palawan and Visayas.
• Coordinate and oversee activities by consortium partners and co-applicants.
• Lead MEAL processes and adapt to improve project effectiveness and impact.
• Supervise and develop project staff, promoting capacity building and high performance.
• Represent PIN in donor relations, reporting and external communications.
