Job summary

Room to Read is seeking a Lead, Implementation to oversee operations in a geographic area within the Philippines. You will drive government relations, ensure timely program delivery, manage staffing, procurement, inventory, and logistics at the field level.

The role requires taking initiative in project management, partnerships, site selection, and building team morale, reporting to the Principal Lead, Implementation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, social sciences, management or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with 5+ years in management.
• Experience in community engagement and mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee government relations at state level and ensure program implementation.
• Coordinate field operations, staffing, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Lead partnerships, reporting, and donor communications to strengthen program impact.
