Job summary

People in Need (PIN) Philippines invites an experienced Project Lead to drive the PASSAGE initiative, coordinating with consortium partners and local stakeholders. You will guide strategic and technical directions for rural development and seaweed value chain activities across Mindanao, BARMM, Visayas, and Palawan.

Strong MEAL systems and donor compliance are essential. You will build capacity within national teams, manage risks, and ensure timely reporting and learning to improve outcomes in

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience with development organizations and/or private sector.
• Experience in team management, project development, and project management.
• Masters degree or equivalent; university degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PASSAGE project across multiple provinces with partners and beneficiaries.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for rural development, livelihoods, and value chain work.
• Oversee MEAL processes, data quality, and learning in collaboration with the MEAL Manager.
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations, PIN standards, and safeguarding policies.
• Represent PIN with donors, government authorities, and consortium partners.
