Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel projects, renovations, or hotel operations.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Willing to be assigned to Pasay City and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel projects from planning, renovation, construction, and pre-opening through to full operations
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, designers, consultants, and operational teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational readiness and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Implement operational standards, SOPs, and best practices
• Drive project completion while maintaining high-quality service and operational excellence
