Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a Parts Department Administrator responsible for overall administration, supervision, and ensuring efficient delivery of services, profitability, and compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.

Key duties include supervising stock inventories, coordinating with Service, Sales, Customer Relations, and Marketing to improve service delivery, and maintaining proper warehousing and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration or related field.
• At least four years of relevant experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervises regular inventory of stocks and submits recommendations based on results.
• Coordinates with Service, Sales, Customer Relations and Marketing to deliver complementary services.
• Formulates strategies to achieve parts targets.
• Ensures department compliance with company and plant requirements and standards.
• Maintains secure, well-maintained stocks through proper warehousing.
• Liaises with plant on requisition, technical and quality specifications, returns and feedback on stock quality.

Role Overview

Primarily responsible for the overall administration of the Parts Department involving administrative supervision and control of the department's activities and personnel and the efficient delivery of its services and profitability in operations in conformity with AUTOHUB/ Company's policies and directions, as well as the plant/ manufacturer's requirements and standards on parts administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the conduct of regular inventory of stocks of the branch and submits corresponding recommendations and/or initiates corrective actions based on inventory results/ findings

• Works in partnership with Service, Sales, Customer Relations and Marketing of the branch to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of complementary services to customers

• Formulates appropriate, creative and innovative strategies to ensure the attainment of the parts targets

• Ensures compliance of the department with the company and plant requirements and standards and are facilitative of service delivery

• Ensures that stocks are secured, well maintained and available through strict observance of proper warehousing

• Liaises with the plant on requisition, technical and quality specifications, returns and/or feedback on the quality of stocks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration or related field

• At least four (4) years of relevant experience, one (1) year of which is in a supervisory capacity
