Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies is seeking an After Sales Manager to oversee profitability, efficiency, and productivity of the After Sales Division. This role supervises activities and personnel, ensuring services align with company policies and plant standards and meet customer needs.

The position focuses on improving service delivery, sustaining gross margins, and coordinating with Sales and Marketing to deliver integrated services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 years of relevant experience, 4 years in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Establish efficient work methods and processes aligned with plant requirements and standards to facilitate service delivery.
• Maintain profit margins and develop strategies to increase gross profit in all After Sales areas.
• Ensure Service Department consistently repairs vehicles correctly the first time and meets customer needs on time.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Relations and Marketing to deliver complementary services to customers.
• Oversee warranty claims processing and monitor collection and payments for after sales services.
• Track Department progress against the Approved Operational Plan via Monthly Performance Reviews.

Role Overview

Primarily responsible for the overall profitability, efficiency and productivity of company’s after sales operation; exercise administrative supervision and control over After Sales Division’s activities and personnel and ensures that its services are responsive to the costumer’s needs and in conformity with AUTOHUB and company’s policies and direction as well as the plant’s requirements and standards on after sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures the establishment of efficient work methods and processes that are compliant with plant requirements and standards and are facilitative of service delivery

• Ensures that profits are within the margin and develop strategies to increase gross profit margins in all areas of After Sales Operations

• Ensures that the Service Department consistently adheres to the principle of fixing the vehicles right the first time and responding to the needs of the customers appropriately and on time

• Works in the partnership with Sales, Customer Relations and marketing to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of complementary services to customers

• Oversees timely warranty claims processing and systematic monitoring of collection and payments of after sales services

• Keeps track the Department’s work progress in relation to the Approved Operational Plan through regular conduct of the Department’s Monthly Performance Review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Six (6) years of relevant experience, four (4) years of which are in a managerial capacity
