Job summary

ZWM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory, forecast parts demand, and lead a team in Pulilan Bulacan. The role involves coordinating with vendors and using SAP or similar ERP systems to ensure accurate part tracking and timely issue of parts to technicians.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in warehousing or heavy equipment parts supervision, with TESDA NCII certification being highly regarded. Willingness to stay in Pulilan Bulacan is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in warehousing, logistics, or automotive/heavy equipment parts supervision.
• Technical knowledge of heavy machinery, parts numbers, and parts manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: track high‑value parts, set min/max stock levels, and audit warehouse to prevent stockouts/overstocking.
• Procurement & forecasting: forecast demand based on PMS schedules and equipment lifecycles.
• Lead the warehouse team: supervise parts clerks and logistics staff for timely pulling/issuing of parts.
• Maintain vendor relations: negotiate pricing, track delivery timelines, resolve discrepancies with distributors/manufacturers.
• Use CMMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to log transactions and part numbers.

• Inventory Management: Track all high-value parts, establish minimum/maximum stock levels, and conduct regular warehouse audits to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• Procurement & Forecasting: Forecast parts demand based on upcoming preventive maintenance schedules (PMS) and equipment lifecycles.

• Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse personnel, parts clerks, and logistics staff to ensure timely pulling and issuing of parts to technicians.

• Vendor Relations: Negotiate pricing, track delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies with equipment distributors and manufacturers.

• System Tracking: Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or ERPs (like SAP) to log inventory transactions and part numbers.

Standard Requirements

• Experience: Typically 2-5 years in warehousing, logistics, or automotive/heavy equipment parts supervision.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes), part numbers, and parts manuals.

• Certifications: Background in Servicing (such as a TESDA NCII) is highly regarded by local distributors.

• Background in heavy equipment is a plus
