Job summary

Toyota Quezon Avenue, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the Parts Department. The role involves ensuring proper documentation is observed across processes and maintaining SAP system accuracy for daily operations.

The successful candidate will post and update parts process information, prepare routine reports for internal teams and management, and assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of Business Administration, Automotive, or any related courses.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to render overtime hours.
• Willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation are observed in all Parts Department processes.
• Ensure accurate and compliant utilization of SAP system.
• Post and update on parts process and bulletin boards.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, daily reports for submission internally and to MTP.
• Perform other duties and tasks as directed.
