Job summary

Yanmar Philippines Corporation in Pasig is seeking a Parts Associate to manage spare parts order data, process orders, and prepare accurate daily sales reports.

You will update the parts order database, process orders using AS400 and Excel, and participate in parts inventory management and sales activities such as promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Vocational.
• 1 year related experience preferred; fresh grads welcome.
• Highly organized, capable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Clear communication; basic understanding of automobiles.
• Proficient in MS Office; AS400 knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, updates, and manages the spare parts order database in a timely manner.
• Processes spare parts orders using AS400 and Excel.
• Prepares accurate spare parts sales reports on a daily basis.
• Participates in parts inventory management.
• Participates in all Sales and Parts activities and promotions.
• Contributes to parts promotional activities (flyers, kits, discounts) and related tasks.
