Job summary

Suzuki Auto Zamboanga is seeking a Parts Admin to support daily parts operations. You will process parts orders, monitor the parts portal, and coordinate with local parts personnel and suppliers.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard software. You will also handle payables, inbound/outbound parts, and maintain accurate reports in Google Drive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Background in administrative function is a plus.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships.
• Analytically and mathematically minded; able to analyze data and create reports.

Responsibilities

• Process Parts Order for all parts requests.
• Monitor Parts Order on Portal and communicate with local Parts man and suppliers.
• Process Parts and freight payables and monitor due dates.
• Monitor inbound and outbound of Parts.
• Check and verify receiving and issuance reports.
• Update parts monitoring reports in Google Drive.
• Assist in providing administrative support in daily operations.
