Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college graduate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the processing of Parts Order for all the parts request.
• Monitors Parts Order at Portal and communicate with local Parts man and suppliers.
• Process Parts and freight payables and monitor the due dates.
• Monitors the Inbound and Outbound of Parts.
• Check and verify receiving and issuance reports.
• Update parts monitoring reports in the google drive.
• Assists in providing administrative support in daily operations.
