Job summary

GLOBAL PLAY HUB INNOVATIONS CORP. is seeking a Regional Public Relations Coordinator to support public relations, external communications, and community engagement.

You will build relationships with barangays, partner organizations, suppliers, and stakeholders, and help plan events, sponsorships, CSR programs, and on-ground activations. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, field coordination, and the ability to travel or work during events and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience in PR, marketing communications, events, community relations, or field coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident communicating with diverse audiences and levels.
• Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel and work during events, weekends, or outside office hours as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, presentations, reports, and social media platforms.
• Experience working with LGUs, barangays, community organizations, suppliers, or external partners is advantageous.
• Highly organized with multi-project management and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics including schedules, materials, manpower, and venues.
• Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and activity documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project implementation.
• Represent the company professionally during events and community activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Marketing Communications Team Leader or supervisors.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Regional Public Relations Coordinator to support the team in public relations, external communications, community engagement, partnerships, events, sponsorships, CSR programs, and on-ground activations.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, resourceful problem-solver, adaptable team player, and trustworthy professional who can build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders. The role requires someone who is comfortable working both in the office and in the field, can manage multiple activities, and can confidently coordinate with communities, partners, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in public relations, marketing communications, external relations, and community engagement activities.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with barangay officials, community leaders, organizations, partners, suppliers, promoters, and other stakeholders.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, sponsorships, CSR programs, and on-ground activations.

• Coordinate event logistics, including schedules, materials, manpower, venues, and other requirements.

• Identify practical and effective solutions to challenges encountered during projects and field activities.

• Conduct research and identify potential partners, communities, events, opportunities, and resources.

• Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, correspondence, and activity documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Adapt to different environments, communities, responsibilities, and work arrangements.

• Represent the company professionally during events, community activities, and external engagements.

• Handle company information, funds, materials, and assigned responsibilities with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Communications Team Leader or supervisors.

• Willing to assign in Bicol Region, Northern Luzon, Central Luzon, North Central Luzon and CALABARZON.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Preferably with experience in PR, marketing communications, events, community relations, account management, or field coordination.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident in communicating with people from different backgrounds and organizational levels.

• Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Adaptable and comfortable working both in an office and field environment.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

• Willing to travel and work during events, weekends, or outside regular office hours when necessary.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, presentations, reports, and social media platforms.

• Experience working with LGUs, barangays, community organizations, suppliers, or external partners is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
